The Transformative Power of Yoga and Family Constellations
I let go and prepare to embrace the new.
The ancient sages, including Gautama Buddha, teach us that the primary cause of suffering is the almost innate tendency toward attachment. Each of us, to varying degrees, creates a holographic image of ourselves, an image inevitably influenced by dysfunctional learning processes and traumas experienced personally or by family members. We rarely recognize these entanglements because we usually react through automatic responses based on acquired patterns and experiences. For this beginning of 2025, we have decided to harness innovative energies to help you effectively release outdated and unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior. Through the practices and insights of yoga, we will learn techniques to energize and activate the “change mode.” With Family Constellations, you will have the opportunity to work on personal dynamics and behavior/thought patterns that hinder your growth and evolution.
Energize Your Desire for Change by Grounding Yourself in the Present Moment
What Family Constellations Are
Family Constellations take place in a group where members serve as representatives, enacting a theme or situation to be observed. The dynamics among the various representatives bring out soul movements that suggest a possible solution. Representing a role in a constellation allows the represented person to observe what is, the representative to perceive a dynamic from within, and the observer to experience the empathy that arises. Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations, calls this sense of connection perceived by group members the “morphogenetic field.” Current problems and difficulties can be influenced by traumas experienced in previous generations, even if the people involved are unaware of them. The sense of knowledge that arises from this process is shared by all group members.
