Our Strength & Flexibility Yoga course in Varese is based on a sequence of exercises (asanas) combined with breathing techniques that increase muscle strength, flexibility, maintain bone density, improve balance, reduce joint pain, and significantly enhance physical practice and endurance.

The Strength & Flexibility Yoga course blends the fundamental principles of traditional yoga with those of modern gymnastics to create a dynamic practice that combines the mental and muscular benefits of yoga with cardiovascular training. While yoga positions, or asanas, are not sufficient on their own to create intense aerobic work, the Strength & Flexibility Yoga course modifies the pace of exercises and adds fluid and dynamic movements between positions, thanks to the integration of exercises derived from modern gymnastics. This form of yoga is a complete, fun, and relaxing physical activity that tones all muscles of the body.

Massimo Cantara

Graduated as a Yoga teacher from the international school SYM. Since 2010, he has been teaching at his own center in Italy. Founding member of "Three Treasures Yoga." In addition to the professional activity as a practitioner in Bio-Natural Disciplines and as a Shiatsu Teacher, in 1999, he founded the Holismos Center for health arts. Diploma in Cranio Sacral Balance, Kinesiologist, Shiatsu Practitioner.

Shiatsu and Moxa practitioner at Hakusha with a diploma in the three-year master's program in Cranio Sacral Balance for Shiatsu practitioners, Vodder method Lymphatic Drainage massage, and first-level Reiki. Yoga teacher and member of the KINDER YOGA association, dedicated to promoting yoga for children with a playful and non-competitive approach. In addition to numerous certificates, she holds a diploma as a Mindfulness Educator.
